Do I need an account to purchase?

You do not need an account with Odd Otter Treasures to purchase from the website. You may make an account for convenience and order tracking, as well as to receive email updates about the shop.

Why are some products discounted?

Dice sets that are discounted may have had holes, scratches, rough edges, or other marks upon demolding. The defects have been fixed to the best of my ability but still may show on the dice. Whatever defects the dice set may have will be disclosed in the dice set description.  The defects will not affect playability or balance of the dice itself. All discounted dice sets have been checked for balancing issues.

Why is the 8-Piece dice set more expensive than the 7-Piece set?

The 8-Piece dice sets are created from handmade molds that used dice masters I had custom ordered and that I sanded and polished by hand. A lot of labor and love (and money) went into developing the 8-piece molds, which include an additional D2 with our logos on each side. The 7-piece dice sets are made using pre-made molds purchased from Etsy that are approved for selling. If I need a new mold for the 7-piece sets, I can simply order more from my supplier. If I need a new 8-piece mold, I have to spend time and supplies in order to make one. 

Can I make an exchange or get a refund for my order?

Yes. Exchanges and returns are accepted as long as the original order has been sent back to me within 14 days of the purchase date along with a written request for exchange/refund. Orders must be sent in their original packaging. Once I have received your order, I will initiate a return or exchange. For refunds, please allow at least 10 business days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of payment. I will email you once your return has been processed. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please either DM me on Instagram or email using the CONTACT form.

There is an issue with my order.

Once you receive your order, please inspect it for accuracy. Contact me as soon as possible close to the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. I will do what I can within my means to assist and correct the order.
