What countries do you ship to?

Currently, Odd Otter Treasures only ships orders within the United States as domestic shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the price of the product listed. You only need to pay for additional shipping charges if you are adding on 2-Day, 3-Day, or Overnight shipping to your order.

What shipping service do you use?

Standard shipping is done through UPS Ground Shipping. UPS 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Next Day Air shipping through UPS are also available as add-on options at checkout.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Products displayed in the shop are already made, and are packaged and dropped off with UPS within 2-3 days from the order date. UPS Ground Shipping on average can take 1-5 business days for delivery depending on distance. If there are any delays in getting your order packaged and dropped off with UPS, you'll receive an email notifying you. Once the order has been received by UPS, Odd Otter Treasures no longer is liable for shipping issues or delays.
